This site was a project to make a list of available skills per Dungeon Degenerate character, which then went a bit overboard. It is based on the card CSS renderering work done by Stephan Beal for his excellent Morbad Tools site. The bugs are extra hungry for Goblin blood in The Rotting Swamp!
Roll D6 for each 󰀆 counter currently in an 󰀖 Wetlands space. On a 1-3, unless you can move the 󰀆 counter to an adjacent Inside󰀇 or non Wetlands Location (following 󰀆 counter placement rules - battles will trigger) without an existing 󰀆 counter, remove the 󰀆 counter.

Across the Lowlands, the locals rise up against the Goblins.
Roll D6 for each 󰀆 counter on a 󰀳 space. On a 1-3, unless you can move the 󰀆 counter to an adjacent Wetlands Location (following 󰀆 counter placement rules - battles will trigger) without an existing 󰀆 counter, remove the 󰀆 counter.

Six Feet Under

There is an enormous bounty for dead Goblins posted in the Foothills.
When gaining rewards from trophies, gain double the GP󰀆 listed for any Goblin Monster destroyed in the Highlands.

When fighting Goblins in the Wetlands, add the Gobfly Badlands Monster to the fight (retrieve the Gobfly card from the Badlands Monster deck or discards & place it under this card).
